• Team Lead for consultancy project for Bosch which includes problem solving, identify alternate design proposal for failure countermeasure, DFMEA support, design calculations support, Basic CAE support, proto sample development support, supplier feasibility support, manufacturing drawings creation, packaging study, tolerance stack up, first time right and on time delivery,billing, estimation, Customer engagement for resource management

• Technical project lead for add on feature in electric rake & reach steering column project for autonomous vehicle at Bosch USA for 2 years which involves concept design, proto development, product evaluation, customer handling, DFMEA, Sample management, process team support, design confirmation and sample management.In addition to the above, Worked in Electric rake & reach column related to new product development, Failure analysis, Concept design.

• Supported Bosch internal team on design issues for improvement and problem solving • Worked on Dual Pinion and Rack EPS for CAD model & drawing, smaller improvement

Technical lead for new product design for manual steering column for car & truck segment which includes team management, 3D modelling using CATIA, Design verifications, Drawing preparation, tolerance stackup, Plant & Supplier feasibility confirmation, DVP generation with testing co-ordination, DFMEA, Failure analysis, Proto development, Technical sign off with Customer for design, Customer engagement, Steering column vehicle level confirmation, inhouse & customer end technical support, CFT lead.

• Responsible for 3D Modeling & 2D Drafting projects as per inputs received from customer or through physical part receipt which then converted into reference model through reverse engineering • Involved in design improvements as per Customer Requirements • Worked on Reverse Engineering projects like BIW of vehicle, carburetor, motor assemblies using Pro-E & CATIA • Performed Analysis using CATIA as part of design verifications
