Mechanical Design (2D/3D solid and surface modelling) of parts (plastic, metal) and housings for low and high voltage power electric units (e-powertrain). Thermal analysis, simulation, and cooling channel design. Creation of engineering sketches, specifications and related data drawings to determine design factors such as size, shape and layout of assemblies. Prototype design and assembly of power electronics housing components. Communication with suppliers and manufacturers.
