Over 28 Years of overall experience in German Railway(DB) and International Projects. Project Professional experience in the fields of Civil engineering, Construction Supervision, Project Management ,Contract administration and Quality management of High Speed Railway , Tunneling Under Ground Stations and Major Bridge construction projects. Experience as district manager for maintenance, repair of the superstructure of high-speed lines, and lines for mixed operation as well as dedicated for freight transport lines.Over 5 years experiences as an emergency manager and accident investigation. Management of maintenance team, responsible for compliance with all inspection intervals and timely disposal of the superstructure defects and compliance with the maintenance budget. Assessment of the permanent way defects based on the inspection results, the instigation of the appropriate measures and the acceptance of the work. Supervising and control of Rail welding.
