Project management (Sow preparation, Budgetary cost estimation, Tender evaluation and Auditing Provide and coordinates the external resources and between involved contractors & departments QA/QC support for projects during engineering phase, HAZOP/HAZID and Supplier Auditing Risk assessment and root cause analysis Ensure Integration in SAP of all Testing and Inspection tasks Integrate RBI methodology using Synergy plant & RBI onshore software..

 Review of construction drawings and working procedures,  Quality Control of the mechanical & civil construction activities,  MRB verification,  Follow up of the cleaning and gauging operations,  Supervision of the pipeline Hydro test,  Review and approval of Quality reports,  Contractor & supplier auditing,  Follow up of non-Conformities and ensure close out,  Quality control inspection of goods receipt.

 Management and coordinate between technical departments  Perform technical expertise and control,  Ensure the establishment and approval of technical procedures,  Follow up projects progress and ensure timeline execution,  Research and development of new technologies ,  Follow up of non-Conformities and ensure close out,  Supervise tenders preparation and evaluation,  Supplier auditing,  Assist marketing department and organize events participation.

 QC inspection of asset equipment’s,  Elaborate and review of Quality reports & inspection test plan,  Logistic & management of the crew.

 Lead and management of inspectors ,  Follow up projects progress and ensure timeline execution,  Review and approval of Quality reports  Ensure work execution according international standards ( ASME, AWS D1.1,API ISO),  Elaborate technical procedures,  Quality control inspection of industrial assets,  Tender preparation and feasibility study.

 Elaborate and review of Quality inspection reports,  Quality control inspection of industrial assets,  Supervision of construction activities,  NDT inspection ( RT,MT,PT,UT)  Manufacturer Data Book compilation.
