Synthesized and optimized silicon-based thin-film anode materials (3.2–4.3 µm), investigating material properties and process parameters to improve electrochemical performance. •Battery Performance Testing: Conducted advanced cell-level electrochemical testing (GCPL, CV, EIS) to evaluate aging behavior, efficiency, and lifetime stability. •Root Cause & Failure Analysis: Utilized SEM/EDX and XRD to identify micro-structural defects and link chemical degradation to performance loss.

Led quality assurance and technical oversight activities during the pre-assembly, erection, and construction of wind turbine concrete foundations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, QCPs, and HSE requirements.
