I was a WM Client Advisor Assistant. Direct client contact, teamwork with Client Advisor, account opening and maintenance, administrative tasks and organizational arrangements in relation to general queries and to their investments and payments

I supported the Client Advisor by making the first point of contact for processing the client orders e.g. investments, account opening queries, hedge fund applications. I had direct client interaction and I advised the Client Advisor on client related processes. I took customer’s requests and I acted in the role of an intermediary to other service providers within the bank including settlements, legal, compliance and payments departments.

Internship at sales office, direct support and professional partnership with the sales manager. I also filled in shipping deliveries and invoices and I made contacts with the head quarter in Wiesbaden – Germany.

Internship at General Register Office and URP (Office for Relations with the Public) with degree in A.I.R.E (Registry of Italians Resident Abroad). Public relations, switching calls, anagraphic update of all Italian citizens living in Germany and data entry to start the procedure of A.I.R.E.
