 Situation: In the context of being responsible for the company's technical training and talent development, I collaborated with local schools and the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK) to supervise and implement the German Mold Mechanics vocational assessment.  Task: To design and establish an internal training center, ensuring its normal operation. To develop a comprehensive training system, including curriculum design, teaching methods, and assessment mechanisms.

 Situation: At SWA, I was responsible for establishing an apprenticeship training program in China aimed at cultivating highly skilled CNC machine manufacturers.  Task: My task was to develop and design training courses, as well as to train apprentices in the installation of SW CNC machines.

 Professional training: German industrial mechanic professional Industriemechaniker/-in (3930); Maschinen- und Anlagenbau (3933);  Training content includes: manual processing technology; machining technology; electrical control technology; pneumatic control technology; electro-pneumatic control technology; assembly technology.

Responsibilities:  Target Trainee: Internship Program & Staff training;  Oriented Position: Maintenance Technician, Die Maintenance Technician;  Training Period: 1-2 Years;  Training Content: Mechatronics and Tool & Die Manufacturing Skills;

Responsibilities:  Training Program: Apprenticeship training.  Training objectives: German Tool & die marker. Werkzeugmechaniker/in (3960) Stanztechnik (3963)  Training Period: 3 Years;

Responsibilities:  German dual system of training for the background.  Cooperation with German Industry & Commerce Greater China.(AHK)  Training objectives: Tool & die marker. (Werkzeugmechaniker/in- Stanztechnik) Mechatronics.( Mechatroniker) (Responsible for the mechanical parts).
