I'm Associated-Professor and head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the Military Academy of National Defense University. Also I'm part-time lecturer of Gazi University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Electircal and Electronics Engineering.

I worked as a project engineer for various defense project.

I worked as an instructor and project engineer of tactical comminication systems in Army Signal School.

I worked as a design engineer in army signal factory for seven years. I designed hardware and software of various electronic equipments and systems.

I graduated from the power system control option. My thesis name was "An Optimization of Load-Frequency Control by Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm Method in a Power System ". I studied on dynamics and stability of power systems, and artificial intelligence based control and optimization methods.

I graduated from automatic control option. I studied on designing of controller for LTI systems. My thesis was "Design of a Two Dimensional Microprocessor Based Parabolic Antenna Controller" and I implemented hardware and software of the antenna controller. I studied on embedded system design.

I graduated from the communication and microwave option. The subject of my thesis was about "fire-control (tracking) radars". I studied to the radar structures, types of fire-control radars, tracking technologies and the tracking radars being used in the armies in the world.
