Planning and coordination of operational projects in all EPCC phases, especially with regard to costs, deadlines, project content, progress, quality assurance, safety, and interfaces; Supervision of FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning and commissioning of plants, integrated PLCs and visualization systems; Extensions and adaptations of the process control system (programming and visualization) and performance of functional tests and adaptation of the PLC programs.

Responsibility for troubleshooting all analytical and instrumentation systems and equipment; Participate in the development and submission of requirements for replacement parts and proposed modifications; Perform on-site calibration of analytical equipment, instrumentation, and control valves in accordance with standard procedures; Performing commissioning in the field of instrumentation and control.

Investigation and identification of faults in the electrical circuits of equipment (including cranes, ovens, shears, conveyors, squeeze rolls, etc.) and their integrated mechanisms, as well as frequency converters; Preparation and updating of documents on tests, maintenance and repairs; Performing logic modifications in the control system under the supervision of the Head of Control Engineering; Routine operation, maintenance and repair of electrical or safety equipment.

As a student project, I undertook the wiring, tubing and programming of the Technical College's newly equipped laboratory. The lab included a PLC 300 and five ET 200 stations integrated with lab units: Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Drive, Tank Level and Temperature Furnace.
