• Development of high pressure pump and injector (HDP/HDEV) • Endurance and/or functional test results evaluation of customer returns according to TCD’s, analyze and assessment of components (wear, corrosion & cavitation erosion) including customer reporting • Creation and update of failure catalogs for customer returns • Supervision of validation in customer direction/ and SE-Teams • Optimization and automation of data evaluation and document creation in validation

• Plan, schedule, and execute test plans for all levels of product testing, including DV/PV. • Analyze, document and publish test reports to support test plans and product delivery. • Interface with outside test houses/vendors to perform required testing, including quoting and scheduling. • Determine requirements for new test equipment and / or redesign of existing test equipment.

• Improve and maintain company final delivery part quality, production quality and Tier2 suppliers quality. • Involvement in selection process for new & current sub-suppliers with purchasing department. • Elimination of chronical concerns in production and reducing customer complaints (Renault, Mercedes, VW, Faurecia).. • Training of quality and production members to increase ownership and increase awareness in problem solving, waste management, kaizen, productivity and so on.
