Oversee the battalion's maintenance management, budget process, and legal functions. 4. Plan and supervise the preparation for all inspections from higher headquarters.

Lead and manage a team of 40 Soldiers and make sure objectives get done on time and according to standards. Plan, resource execute and assess training at the platoon level. Maintain and control inventory which includes vehicles, weapons, radios, sensitive items Conduct mission planning and analysis and disseminate operations order to the platoon.
