I was responsible for maintenance and expansion cellular ORANGE network. I build a transmission network for Play. and Sferia. I was technical advisor for a B2B clients whom needs direct network connection. I actively participate with starting up a DVB-T broadcasting in Poland.

I was responsible for a customer's service, handling of complaints, inventory control and the orders.

This position has allowed me to take learn at the production processes in the biggest Nestle factory in the world. I was responsible for the safety tests performed machines and check its condition, the allocation of tasks for workers. Since November 2006 I was leading the team mechanics. Thanks to the work on the station I got the necessary knowledge and practice in the management team.

I was responsible for every aspect connected with customer telephone support. Due to quick mastery of the computer system and good results in work after 3 months I became the leader of team.

I was responsible for installations and maintenance of the network of cable television and computer network. I manage the team which was responsible for design and creating the LANs network.

My main role was preparing 3D graphics in 3D Studio MAX, creating web pages and visiting-cards. I prepared materials for printing and publication on Internet and local TV.

Management and leadership, strategic thinking and planning, new solution especially in marketing and sales.. We prepared marketing plans for companies from Poland. For roc.Kasse from Germany I prepared a strategy to hit Polish market.

I deepen my graphic skills and learned how to apply it in new line of business - Web Design. Since then I'm trying to be updated in this topic.

My Master Degree project involved camera tracking and image recognition areas. I wrote a code for 3dsmax which detect from the movie camera path. It was a firs stage of big project which was developed by my successors in next years.
