As a member of the UK board I am commercially responsible for our client growth teams ( 4 direct reports and 16 indirect), targets and thought leadership in the Health and Beauty verticals. In addition I work very closely with our signature clients such as P&G, SCA Hygiene, Coty, Unilever and Omega Pharma.

Semetric has had a successful exit and was sold to Apple. Semetric is a BIG DATA technology and analytics company. The SaaS based Semetric tools and algorithms can be used to analyze the behavior of online consumers

As Commercial Director I was responsible for the various Managing Directors and their teams who ran our local markets such as UK, Japan, Australia, Germany, Spain, Benelux, Russia and the Nordics. I help each team with increasing their sales capabilities, support them with managing their local P&L and try to identify synergies between the various market places. In this role I had 7 direct reports and 38 indirect reports.
