Led end-to-end mechanical design of electromechanical converter assemblies from concept to production. Coordinated cross-functional teams across Poland, Finland, and China to meet safety, manufacturability, and milestone targets. Performed thermal and mechanical analyses (Ansys), lab validation, supplier coordination, and issue resolution.
