 Design for automation of assembly line and Coordinate with customer for design review and approval.  Design of robot gripper as per the product and application.  Maintaining Engineering Change Management (ECM).  Creating 2D drawings and BOM for manufacturing.  Re-engineering design for developing to updated machine.

 Designing of mechanical SPM and their conceptual creation & developed currently using an existing machine for customer requirements.  Design of robot gripper as per the application by considering Robot specification.  Selection of standard Actuators, valves, Motors, and other machine parts.  Developing concept design for customized and automation in packaging machines.  Provide technical support to product management, manufacturing, supply chain, and other functional groups.

 Responsible for generation of Assembly drawings and bill of materials. Creation of communication documentation to help convey the key aspects of a design to a Customer /manufacturing partner.  Design modifications of Machine parts, especially on sheet metal and structural parts based on customer requirements.  Be a part of ongoing design reviews/brainstorming sessions with engineers/designers working on projects.  Hands-on experience in SmarTeam PLM.

 Develop concepts and detailed designs for mechanical equipment, tooling, jigs & fixtures and automation within defined time-line.  Bending tool design for specialized process for global locations.  Design of Press tool as per customize product request from the customer.  Handled Product & Process validation of APQP projects.  Working towards productivity & quality improvements through KAIZEN activities (Including KANBAN ,5 S, SMED)
