* Manage/assign TAC tasks to security engineers. * Technical support for customers and partners with FortiGate appliances. • In-depth analysis of network security incidents. • Able to test and perform troubleshooting in a complex environment for the customer’s security issues. • Deal with daily customer Technical issues related to Security and Fortinet devices

Manage, maintain, update and monitor: -Network Architecture and Segmentation -Network Security Planning and Implementation -Active Directory Structure -Hardware and Software systems -Operating systems -Train employers on correct use of network, hardware and software systems -Cisco ASA, Mikrotik, Cisco switches L2/L3

1. to ensure maximum possible service availability and performance 2. to provision customer network services on core equipment 3. to provide support services for Engineering and other technical teams 4. Management of cloud clients in VMware-v Sphere

Solve fiber optic problems for Fast-web clients. 100% remote assistance with Cisco and Huawei switches.

Resolve problems and finalize new clients, projecting and splicing Fiber Optic.

Assist in maintance of companies ADSL network.

Assist in maintenance of institutions PC and printers and other electronic devices.

Vulnerability and penetration testing. Security in network and systems. Information Security: ISO 27001:2013, Digital Forensic, Incident response, operational security, penetration testing, forensic analysis, ethical hacking.

Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree Telecommunications Engineering and Information Technology.
