Hands on experience with Infineon AURIX TriCore MCUs (TC23X, TC33X) for real-time embedded software solutions Developed and maintained custom bootloader software supporting UDS-based reprogramming and OTA-ready update workflows Integrated and configured key AUTOSAR BSW modules including DCM, DEM, and ComStack using Vector DaVinci Configurator/Developer and EB Tresos. Utilized industry standard debugging and validation tools such as Lauterbach, CANalyzer, and CANape for unit testing, integration testing.

Investigated and resolved issues related to BIOS initialization, POST, boot sequence, and system configuration for Intel Corp. Hands-on experience in pre-silicon and post-silicon board bring-up and debugging. Performed detailed debugging of BIOS change packages, isolating failures and identifying root causes.

Designed and validated the solar inverter circuit, optimizing efficiency, switching behavior, and protection mechanisms. Worked on the MPPT control algorithm, enabling maximum energy extraction from solar panels using ASIC-driven system control. Developed and tested low-level drivers for BMS ICs, enabling cell voltage measurement, temperature monitoring, state-of-charge estimation, and fault detection.
