 Actively plan third party and supplier audits for manufacturing industries to ensure compliance of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GMP, GLP & HACCP.  Led a Pan-India team of auditors in audit planning, report review, verification of corrective actions, audit closure, submission of audit reports to regulatory and statutory authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations.  Conducting technical investigation, gap analysis, OOS, OOT, risk management and trend analysis for food industries.

Monitoring laboratory quality data and metrics on a regular basis to ensure that appropriate investigation, corrective action as required for involving products, methodologies, instrumentation & chemists. Monitor quality control activities of water, paint, soil and admixture analysis. My experience entails metal, oil (crude/diesel/biofuel oil), cement, steel, rubber & bitumen analysis by standard procedures. Handling of laboratory equipment control, maintaining ISO 17025 documentation for external audit.
