The HOF INT identifies, selects, designs and implements financial and organizational strategies and objectives for the Four Paws organization (with the DOFA). The jobholder has a leadership interaction role with local FP country offices and HoF(A)s specifically in order to coordinate planning, financial control and reporting of the organization including the international flow of funds.

- Responsibility for the smooth running of finance/project processes in all FP entities. - Coordination of Financial business reviews, audits, plausibility checks of forecasts, budgets and planning details. - Building-up and optimization of finance and controlling standards and structures - Participating in the conception, designing, writing and roll out of the FP Finance Handbook and ICS. - Providing information and support to the Board and the Management as a qualified business partner.

- Planning and financial data analysis of business groups and markets, and concept development for strategic decisions - Preparation of reports for Management and the Board as well as major customers - Support the Key Account Manager and Marketing Department by detailed analyses of consumer behaviour - Creation of business cases/models and forecasts for stakeholders

-ensure all deadlines are met for accounting within responsibility -administering approved accounting practices as financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, banking and cashing, credit and collection, payroll administration and internal budgeting -monthly reports and forecasts -forming the financing models -reports for stakeholders
