-Grew business from USD3M to USD30M, in a team of 3 people -Demonstrated creativity and efficiency throughout the design process for all woven, leather and cut & sew knit categories for 2 lines, 4 seasons per year -Developed communication and interpersonal skills dealing with international offices, agents in Hong Kong, China & Italy, licensees, and globally sourced fabric mills and trim vendors
