• Analyze and perform troubleshoot on computer systems and perform required repairs and modifications on the system and maintaining user information at all times. • Coordinate with internal IT staff and customers to resolve technical issues • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
