As a team leader in Revenue Management, I was responsible for inventory management, hotel room pricing, monitoring hotel room occupancy, monitoring hotel’s performance against its competition, liaise with market managers of Booking.com, MakeMyTrip,Expedia to ensure parity across online offers, and preparing various revenue related audits, reports and presentations for the owners, top management and corporate office.

As a guest service executive, I was responsible for screening arrivals and identifying VIP arrivals of the day, profile merging, preparing personalized welcome for VIPs, celebrating guests' special occasions, and represent as the face of the hotel.

As a F&B intern, I was responsible for preparing and serving hot & cold beverages and snacks, stocking and inventory management, checking and controlling student kitchen facilities.

As a front office intern, I was responsible for attending to guest calls and provide hotel relation information, delivering guest messages and wake up calls, escorting guests and provide room orientation, update registration cards, and handle guest complaint and solve guest problems.
