Performed Portfolio analytics, recommended strategies, developed KPIs and automated processes for the chase mortgage originations team. Recommended a new 0.3% very high-risk segment by analyzing customer’s debt behavior on other credit lines and predicted their delinquency risk. Conceptualized and created industry standard tableau dashboard to identify risky loans based on the types of qualified mortgages originated which helped management to make decisions on market insight.

Performed Branch analytics using Cash and Teller Transactions data. Created branch efficiency metric dashboard which measures different efficiency metrics (Paperless rate, Click to Sign) and identify the best and worst performing regions, markets and branches which helped rectifying under performing branches. Created Data marts for branch employee information to optimize monthly, quarterly reports which reduced runt time by 30%.

Creation of Attributes as per business logic to populate desired values and load in Oracle and Teradata tables. Contributed in creation of recommendation engine to recommend optimum/higher data/tariff plans to B2C and B2B customers using transaction data and linear regression methodology. Involved in full SDLC of the project right from proof of concept till implementation.Worked on Data preparation, profiling, data mining and creation of dashboard for analysis for application VBR.
