Lead data and analytics for Finance: turn requirements into defined KPIs, reliable datasets, Power BI dashboards and automated reporting. Built the database structures behind Booking, Collection and Revenue, cutting the financial close by 3 days. Automated 25+ reports and workflows, saving ~15 hours/week. Use SQL reconciliation on 2M+ row datasets to investigate revenue leakage, cash-flow and partner-payout issues. Mentor 2 junior analysts and moved stakeholders to self-service reporting.

• Converted Finance and Product stakeholder questions into SQL analyses, Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting and automated workflows. • Analysed learner cohorts to track churn, dropouts and payment continuation across programs. • Built and maintained R-based pipelines processing enrolment and revenue data across multiple academic programs. • Standardized KPI definitions so different teams reported the same numbers the same way.

• Developed pre-approved customer segments for credit-card and personal-loan campaigns using SQL, R and Informatica. • Trained about 25 Management Trainees on R Shiny dashboards and analytical workflows.
