The role is the HR Leader of the Global Operations Business Unit (GOPS includes Supply chain, Procurement and Manufacturing organizations).

Supporting the Professional Services Business Line in terms of people delivery and actions, additionally the HR biz partner to the APAC customer operations leadership team (includes both sales and delivery teams).

This role was the HR business partner for the global Managed Services leadership team and HR operations leader for global employees (approx 3500) located in India at Noida and Chennai locations.

This role was responsible for close to 1000 employees of the Global Tax Advisory services (Tax Practice) across India, leading a 5 member HR team and reporting to the India Head of HR.

This role was responsible for close to 800 employees of Insurance (Gefa & Gemico) Service Delivery Unit, it involved leading a 3 member HR team and reported to the Collections & Insurance Head of HR

Heading the HR Function for the Mumbai manufacturing unit & Technology centre. This was after various roles which included leading Sales HR, and a stint in a different manufacturing unit
