 Leg Impact – Fulfill the regulation GTR and NCAP rating for Lower leg & Upper leg with design optimization on Bumper Foam, Lower stiffener and other bumper related components with different country a specific requirement for ENCAP, JNCAP, KNCAP, CNACP  Head Impact – Performed load cases on Head Impact for child and adult test area zone and calculating the 1/3 rd and 2/3 rd area with design optimization.

Low-Speed Crash - FMVSS Part 581, ECE R42, RCAR Structure, and RCAR Bumper  Pendulum Impact - Setup of a pendulum for a center, offset and corner. Monitor the force, intrusion and Damages  RCAR – Structure and Bumper. Design optimization to avoid damage to the cooling system, BiW and Headlamp, to fulfill the required insurance limits
