1) Ensure that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained. 2) Develop and qualify new testing methods. 3) Train other analysts to perform laboratory procedures and assays. 4) Perform visual inspections of finished products.Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses or experiments in laboratories for quality or process control or to develop new products or knowledge.

Discuss all production support aspects with application development management. Provide technical support for Mainframe production cycles jobs and troubleshoots issues. Develop relations with business community and the out sourced service providers. Arrange, assign, adjust and monitor shifts to have apt coverage. Provide additional support to existing production support procedures. Interact with infrastructure, release management, change management, QA, DBA and application teams.

Perform technology transfers of pharmaceutical drug product processes among R&D and Production sites. Manage and mentor the team of experts performing technology transfers. Assess processes for gaps, design experiments, write pilot/ batch protocols and batch records, supervise manufacturing batches, assess experimental data, draw scientifically sound conclusions, and write technology transfer reports. Perform manufacturing process reviews of processes intended for technology transfer.

Project: Investigation of new human DNA topoisomerase IB inhibitors. • Production and purification of the enzyme human topoisomerase IB and mutants. • Testing of natural compounds and metallo complexes as topoisomerase inhibitors by enzymatic assays.
