Working as a software specialist together with the SCRUM team on a major implementation. The main purpose of the current project is to integrate the customer new OSS suit with the existing BSS platform for triple play segment. Working from scoping phase, going through the technical design, development and mentoring of the other developers. As all the previous roles, have to keep contact with different teams on different sites around the globe.

Working mainly proposing solutions for production environment issues or ways to enhance the performance of the system due to large amount of data to be processed by the system but still with hands on development. Requested frequently to help to solve similar issues on several accounts. Led a team of 4 developers for about a year.

Working on development from scoping phase until production deployment, going through unit test writing, coding, unit test execution, bug fixing and production support after deployment. Had the responsibility to mentor and manage two new employees on the work, which was basically the development and maintenance of ordering system for the broadband line of business

Worked with Java software development, mainly on bug fixing for user acceptance and production environments. Worked on the customer premises about 1 year on a very challenging project were the development team was composed mainly by freshers on the company and on the telco industry. The main target of the software implementation was the corporate mobile market.
