Deliver to the major Italian Banking and Financial Institution - client to the Studio- a high quality collection performance monitoring external network of phone and home collectors.

Main responsibilities:  Legal counselling to debtors about their financials to better manage and eventually cancel their debts.  Negotiation with Banks and Financial Istitutions to represent the over-indebtness of consumers in order to find best and tailored solutions.  Supervise and coordinate the team and monitor key performance

 Perform due diligence on potential clients to determine capability of arrears management and loss mitigation procedures.  Lead the Italian Loss Mitigation team to carry out audits of delegated client’s underwriting and collections procedures, develop action plans for improvement and monitor results.  Obtain tangible benefits in reducing lenders losses by offering borrowers experiencing financial difficulties a workout to avoid legal action and maintain the property of their home.

Main responsibilities:  Define and implement the collection strategy for the company in accordance with the Global Consumer Credit and Fraud Risk Policies and tailored for each product of the consumer lending.  Set, measure and monitor collection targets both for internal and external staff.  Manage a network of outsourced collection agencies and a team of 10 senior internal collectors.  Supervise Litigations phase.
