 Study and Development of Conceptual Piping layout.  Review and designing new plant facilities at existing plant.  Co-ordination with client & vendors.  Participate in Weekly Meeting to discuss Issues and Queries.  Piping MTO preparation for new plant.  Checking final isometrics & supports.

 Preparing conceptual piping layout as per site survey and detail engineering.  Communicating with clients and site engineers for revamp activities.  Modeling of piping routing in Smart 3D as per the offshore Site Survey and P&ID.  Modeling of Bridge piping and it’s associated PSV, control stations & Flowmeter for 32” line replacement.  Interference checking with Smart3D and LFM software  Conduct design reviews with project personnel.

 Responsible for development of a piping 3D Model and piping design on a project.  Responsible for generation of piping isometric drawings and piping design packages.  Interface with other function groups to gather information and to produce complete functional and constructive design packages.

 Preparation of IBR document along with IBR isometrics  Preparation of support layout along with support marking & detailing  Preparation of Line-list & Valve list, Material take-off  Plot plan preparation and checking  Checking of demobilization layout and isometrics  Preparation of tie-in schedule
