• Controlled, evaluated and determined the manufacturing costs of the largest PMI factory based in the Netherlands (35% annual production dedicated mainly to the European and Japanese markets)

• Developed a new budget process for the customer cycle • Prepared monthly analysis of customer cash cycle (worth 1bn CHF) for internal balance sheet/cash flow/budget/forecast meeting with the CFO • Lead customer cycle project – continue ongoing review of the four billing system journal processes and interface to SAP to improve understanding of the coding of revenue billed and collections made
