• Technical Launching/ Project Management all around Tunisia • Technical consulting for the developement of the project strategy • Developement of Specific ERP in C/SQL (Stock management, Users, Planning, Orders..) • Recruitement of technical team members (Engineers and technicians) • Technical training for all team members • Knowledge transfer (France – Tunisia) • Supply chain and Spare parts management

• Field test and Validation of HHP products (Qualcom, ARM, ST..) • Management of Test scenarios and debugging in cooperation with R&D (Korea, India) • Review of Electrical specifications (RF, WIFI, Blutooth, Frequency bands..) • Technical support for Service centers (Repair process, software configuration..) • Supply chain management • Daily troubleshooting and operations management

• Study and Design of Semi-Automated test-bench for Automotive top column module • HW design based on National Instruments™ PCI Data aquisition card and Sensor network for very low resistence control ( < 1Ω) • SW design using Labwindows/CVI for mesurement and testing process algorithms
