Also actively participated in bug fixing during Unit Testing.
I was a part of Production IT Support team for Teamcenter Application and has handled the L2 issues raised for the same.

Moved to the PLM domain where played the role of Application support Analyst for Teamcenter after updgrade of the env. Played a major role in creating the User guide for the latest upgraded Teamcenter version by analysing the new functionalities as well as the existing ones.
