Deputy Supply Chain manager . • Management of the production planning of the plants of Indena group. • MRP Management , set of the yearly purchase targets of the plant/vegetables and chimica materials and of the required manpower.

Responsible for production planning and industrialization of the MOTO BU. • Direct management of the medium and long term production planning : • Supervision and management of the short term production planning team (4 people) who deal with the short production planning of the 4 production plants in the world. About 1800 sku - 11Mio pcs

Responsible for import-export, warehouses management and availability of Italian subsidiary. • Managing of the import process of the goods coming from foreign production plants • Managing of the export process of the tyres produced in the 2 Italian plants • Supervision and management of the logistics team (4 people) • Liaise with customer care, marketing and sales to guarantee and improve the sales availability of Italian market • Liaise with 3rd party logistics provider with monitoring of their KPI

Responsible for coordination and management of the availability and the supply of OE tyres business • Check of the production plans • Set the distribution plans • Check for possible availability issues • Redesign and implementation of a new production planning process flow for OE demands which led a higher availability and a high reduction of the logistics costs for special and expensive transportation means • OE sales 2013 vs 2012 + 15% / 1-3° quarter 2014 vs 1-3° quarter 2013 +11%

manage the availability and the export of the tyres produced in one of the European plant 300sku - 2/2.5Mio pcs (management of the schedule of the shipments and of the orders in order to guarantee the availability of all the SKUs in the differents markets), manage the availability and the import of the OE tyres for Italian Prestige car manufacturers (Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini) creation of a tool to monitor the availability and the distribution of the replacement prestige tyres in the world.

Main tasks: 1) control of the correct execution of every SAP transactions which involves stocks of finished products, raw materials or product components (e.g production, transportation, BOM ) 2) taking inventories of the warehouses ( whs in fee and 3P’s ones) and analysis of the results 3) monthly reports for top management (e.g. covering, value, value-gap analysis etc)

1) processing the 3 months MPS (master production scheduling) , the weekly MRPs (material requirement plan) and the weekly/daily production schedule for one of the main contractors. 2) Handling of finished goods through the logistics network with the final aim of guaranteeing their availability at the distribution warehouses, optimization of the level of the stock and the cost of storage on each node of the supply chain network. 3) daily booking and tracking of the shipments with the carriers

Main task: processing the 3 months MPS (master production scheduling) , the weekly MRPs (material requirement plan) and the weekly/daily production schedules for 8 contractors.
