Develop mechanical equipment and assemblies for diesel and kerosene loading and transfer systems, from concept through detailed design, production documentation and manufacturing support. Designed articulated loading equipment, swivel joints, sealing interfaces, a telescopic loading nozzle, and gas-separation / controlled-venting hardware; work directly with fabrication on manufacturability and practical design changes.

Designed utility and special-purpose trailer systems, including a three-model family developed from concept to serial production and an earlier modular design validated off-road with an 820 kg load. Developed welded tubular and sheet-metal structures, pivots and production geometry for tube-laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and repeatable assembly; designed and supported manufacture of a custom hydraulic tube-bending machine.

Led mechanical development of an EV charging product family spanning 5-480 kW, from concept and CAD through prototypes, production documentation and manufacturing support. Owned system-level mechanical architecture and most detailed development of the 240-480 kW platform, including enclosure, packaging, service access, airflow, actuated louvers, sealing, cable routing and mechanical interfaces; worked directly with fabrication and DFM/DFA.

Designed two variants of a large robot-carried pressing and holding fixture for an industrial robotic cell, including structural frame, mounting/contact interfaces, local mechanisms and robot-access geometry. Selected pneumatic cylinders, performed SolidWorks Simulation checks and prepared complete production drawings in metric and inch variants for sites in Monterrey and Oakland. The tooling was manufactured and tested on an industrial robot.

Executed full-cycle reverse engineering and clean-sheet redesign of a heavy-duty grain seeder, including chassis, drawbar, hoppers, kinematics, mechanisms, shafts, hubs and hydraulic layout. Developed mobile diesel pump units, diesel-generator equipment, protective enclosures and trailers up to 3,500 kg. Provided manufacturing documentation, supplier/equipment selection, designer supervision and production-launch support.

Modeled utility trailer chassis components, frames, and sheet-metal panels in SolidWorks. Created detailed technical documentation and 2D assembly drawings for production setup.
