Responsible as a Technical lead to plan the software architecture for multiple projects. Exposure to track, analyse and release the user stories via JIRA (Agile Scrum). Building the MVP’s as per stakeholder requirements Designing the UX prototypes and developing into code iteratively based on user stories and personas Validation of test cases with SIT/UAT team to understand the deviation for on-going defects identified. Responsible for peer code review to ensure the quality of the deliverables.

Creating functional and detailed design documents from outcome of understanding and inputs from stakeholders (value co-creation). End-to-End responsibilities for overall integration of application as a service. Application rollout activities such as preparation of User Training Manuals, Online Help Documentation etc. and conduction User Training. Maintaining the Knowledge database by documenting frequent issues and workarounds for resolution.

Trained in ITIL Processes and multiple technologies like JavaScript, C, SQL, JAVA, .NET, Design Tools Design and development of innovative concepts for documents (Letters, Bills, Remits) creation. Evaluating the results through Unit Testing, A/B Testing. Provide feedback and report results of testing to management and stakeholders. Code deployment and provide support for Business check out.
