Asked to do a usability evaluation on the current website - Produce a usability report using professional industry standards - Produce suggestions for the client on how to improve the interface of his website based on severity ratings.

Freelance work. UX design work on Conferencev mobile application. The application was already developed so i performed a usability and aesthetics evaluation on the application and offered recommendations on e-Marketing and aesthetics based on psychological research and cultural dimensions.

I conducted an expert review on the current interface and suggested changes based on heuristics, common sense, human behaviour, digital marketing guidelines and a free online algorithm-based heatmap generator.I had to be careful though, not to offend the one who did the implementation so I reported the issues with the highest severity ratings.
