Thesis: "Digitalization: Potential Analysis and Implementation of MS365 Tools for Managing Quality Records in Production" supervised by Dr. Falko Gotsch (Head of QM) and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Uwe Kaschka Designed and built a Smart QMS prototype using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint a role-based digital inspection system with automated tolerance validation, instant out-of-tolerance email alerts, version-controlled document templates aligned with ISO 9001 and VDA 6.4.

Leadership & Team Management Directly led a 5-person QC shift team and held indirect responsibility for quality and process control across 3 departments Core Shop, Melting, and Moulding in a high-volume precision casting environment (IATF 16949:2016).

Process Quality & Improvement Developed and updated Process FMEAs, Control Plans, and Work Instructions for new and revised parts; followed up new part PPAP and APQP trails until regular production release. Participated in internal audits per ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016; supported 8D root cause analysis and corrective action implementation across process and product quality issues. Drove 5S conformance, labeling, and visual management on the shop floor
