• Train all the new users/officers and vendors all around the world about E-Tendering system and about its functionality • Maintain and ensure that the system is working efficiently and there are no issues regarding the system technically. • Resolve all the technical queries of the officer/user while working on the system. • Maintaining all documentation regarding the system.
