•Working on Project panels like Upper body’s & Under body’s Structural panels and skin from initial to end phase of the part. • Predicting potential sheet metal issues regarding FLD like splits, wrinkles, thickening & excess thinning, and manufacturing issues like spring back using Auto form. • Develop preliminary die face layout using Catia-V5 & Auto form and run to optimize manufacturing condition. • Working as a supplier manager (RFE) coordinating with suppliers from top casting release to TKOM phase.

• Clients include Cosma Die Technology-USA, Cosma Magna India and other Indian tool makers. • Used CAD software like Catia to create, validate die face designs & part designs and Simulations tools such as AutoForm.

• Design of sheet metal panels and also responsible for part modelling, assembling and detailing. • Reviewing, forwarding designs for approvals and creating manufacturing procedures and assembly procedures. • Creation of manufacturing process plans as per milling machines availability. • Created 3D models based on Scan Data and Development of 3D models for client offered drawings as per customerstandard.
