As a Business Analyst, you are an essential part of a transformation project team focused on replacing our core systems. You act as a bridge between business and IT and play a key role in the successful implementation of the new system landscape.

What to expect

• You analyze and document business processes in the life insurance sector
• You gather, structure, and prioritize requirements in close collaboration with business -departments
• You create business scenarios, use cases, user stories, and process models (e.g., BPMN)
• You support in data migration activities
• You conduct functional acceptance testing

The skills you'll bring

• Several years of experience in the insurance industry are a must (preferably within individual life insurance)
• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance-related workflows and operational processes
• Experienced in requirements management, business analysis and familiar with agile methodologies
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and team spirit
• Experience with international projects and intercultural collaboration required
• Excellent spoken and written English is a must, fluent in German, French, or Italian is considered as a plus
• A university degree in business or insurance
