Our client is an innovative company in the field of ballistic protection systems with the highest quality demands and an international focus.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Project Management (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Under the roof of Kloepfel Group Specialised companies are forming for cost reduction and process optimisation in medium-sized enterprises. About the position
Head of Project Management (m/f/d)
What lies ahead for you?
- Actively shaping the strategic direction and further development of the Project Management department
- Optimisation of internal processes, workflows and documentation
- Promotion and control of continuous improvement processes (CIP)
- Execution and moderation of regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
- First escalation and decision-making level for project-related issues
- Close cooperation and regular exchange with management and executive leadership
- Consulting internal stakeholders on project management-related topics
- Identification of risks and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
- Balanced representation of project management interests, taking the overall organisation into account
- Technical leadership and motivation of project teams
- Living the company values and fostering a positive team culture
- Ensuring the achievement of goals within projects
- Staff control and deployment planning within the scope of project work
What should you bring?
- Completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in mechanical engineering or special vehicle construction.
- Leadership experience, as well as strong communication and assertiveness skills
- Sound knowledge of quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001) and FMEA
- Experience with ERP systems and project management tools
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach
- Very good German and English skills
