Sie übernehmen Verantwortung im Projekt- und Logistikumfeld mit Schwerpunkt Materialdaten, Exportkontrolle und Prozessüberwachung. Der Fokus liegt auf End-to-End-Steuerung, Datenqualität und Schnittstellenkoordination im internationalen Aerospace-Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben
– Bewertung von Vertragsanpassungen im Import- und Exportkontext
– End-to-End-Prozessüberwachung im NOS Data Management
– Monitoring und Steuerung der Exportkontrollklassifizierung
– Erstellung und Pflege von Materialstammdaten in SAP
– Abstimmung mit Konfigurationsmanagement und relevanten Stakeholdern
– Teilnahme an Programm- und Kundenmeetings sowie Sicherstellung definierter Prozessverantwortlichkeiten

Ihr Profil
– Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder in Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
– Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Logistik oder Supply Chain im Aerospace-Umfeld
– Erfahrung im Datenmanagement sowie im Support- und Serviceumfeld
– Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Bereich Materialmanagement
– Serviceorientierte und prozesssichere Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kommunikationsstärke
– Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

You will take responsibility within project and logistics activities focusing on material master data, export control and end-to-end process monitoring. The role combines project leadership with data governance and stakeholder coordination.

Your tasks
– Assessing contractual changes in the context of import and export topics
– Monitoring end-to-end processes within NOS data management
– Managing export control classification activities
– Creating and maintaining material master data in SAP
– Coordinating with configuration management and key stakeholders
– Participating in programme and customer meetings while ensuring process compliance

Your profile
– Degree in engineering, business administration or comparable qualification
– Several years of experience in aerospace project management or supply chain
– Strong background in data management and service/support environments
– Advanced SAP knowledge, especially in material management
– Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
– German and English business fluent
