Group Summary:
Location: Shared between the East and West Facilities
Summary: Under direct supervision, provides general office and management of administrative duties with a variety of tasks. This position will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, greeting visitors, the flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies, as well as provide clerical assistance to all departments.

Coordinate all administrative functions for managers and assistant managers (expense reports, travel arrangements, maintain daily calendars, schedule meetings, etc.). Create any needed data in the form of letters, memorandums, proposals, reports, or graphs. Data entry to support both office and production environments. Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate personnel. Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel. Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company, fax numbers, and other related information. Greets and directs visitors to the company in a professional, business manner in both communication and attire. Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Help with all outgoing mail and sort all incoming mail and distribute it. Preparing rooms for meetings and cleaning up after meetings. Makes travel arrangements as needed and coordinates meals for visitors. Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services. Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, etc. Update TV communication screens. Help update monthly employee meeting planner and slides. Various data entry and data analysis tasks in support of MBCI KPl's. Coordinate all social functions for MBCI. Assists in administering immigration documents. Maintain production training database. Coordinates and send out birthday cards Coordinates bereavement plaques, cards and floral arrangements. This position will support both East and West plants, traveling will be required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: (These qualifications represent the minimum requirements of the position. Associates will be required to possess the ability and aptitudes to perform the duties proficiently.)
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced level computer experience in Microsoft Office and Exchange.
- 1-3 years of Administrative Assistance experience
- Experience with office equipment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn new software and office equipment as required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the company and external vendors/customers professionally, presenting a positive reflection of the company.
- Requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and the ability to multi-task and organizational skills.
- Works efficiently, accurately, and independently.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent attendance/reliability and willing to work overtime as necessary.
Physical Demands:
Sits for extended periods using a computer. Ability to lift to 15lbs occasionally.
Environmental Conditions:
General office environment, and occasional factory environment.
Environmental, Health & Safety:
- Support and comply with all TS16949 & IS014001 procedures and work instructions.
- Support a safe and healthful work environment that is free of recognized hazards for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Cooperate with all local, state, and federal agencies, such as OSHA or the EPA, in the event of an inspection.
- Know and follow all applicable EH&S Policies and Procedures.
