Your role
As an Executive – Facilities, you will be responsible for managing core workplace services across the assigned country, implementing, maintaining, and continuously innovating the full spectrum of workplace dynamics, and actively participating in cross-functional and organization-level initiatives in alignment with the company’s requirements. This is an onsite role, daily office presence is required.

Role and responsibilities

• Co-ordinate full spectrum of workplace services applicable at an office as per defined policy, company processes and local regulations
• Allocate work to team members and ensure that customer needs are met as per SLA's
• Review dashboards to identify areas for cost optimization and conservation of resources in order to support the delivery of core services
• Establish required technical service and backup for critical systems, review maintenance and upkeep of equipment, track Annual Maintenance Contract schedules
• Prepare estimates for work in accordance with approved designs and plans, review and approve bills of contractors based on their work
• Participate and represent workplace domain in monthly management review meetings and project review meetings.
• To perform the role of fire warden and first aider
• Yearly asset verification and labelling
• To ensure HSE (Health Safety & Environment) & BCMS (Business Continuity Management System) related compliances across Swiss offices
• To ensure facilities services like House Keeping, Maintenance, Access systems. Must do a floor walk every day to check standards.
• Issuance of ID cards for new employees using AMBIT & PIAM system
• Handling of invoices and ensuring payments are processed on time in coordination with respective departments
