Als People Business Partner bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle HR-Themen in unserem Distributionszentrum und agierst als vertrauensvoller Beratungsstelle für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende. Du arbeitest eng mit der Standortleitung zusammen, um mitarbeiterorientierte Initiativen voranzutreiben, die Einhaltung von Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorgaben sicherzustellen und eine sichere, inklusive sowie leistungsorientierte Arbeitskultur zu fördern.
Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle HR-Themen am Standort bist du vertrauensvolle*r Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte
- Du begleitest und berätst (Senior) Führungskräfte proaktiv in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen entlang des Employee Life Cycles
- In Mitarbeiterangelegenheiten übernimmst du Verantwortung für eine lösungsorientierte Betreuung, Konfliktklärung und die Umsetzung disziplinarischer Maßnahmen gemäß Unternehmensrichtlinien und arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben
- Gemeinsam mit unserem zentralen Talent Acquisition Team wirkst du aktiv bei der Rekrutierung neuer Talente mit
- Du behältst wichtige HR-Kennzahlen wie Abwesenheiten, Fluktuation, Engagement und Personalbestand im Blick und leitest daraus geeignete Maßnahmen ab
- Globale HR-Prozesse wie Mitarbeitergespräche, Trainings oder Nachfolgeplanung setzt du lokal zielgerichtet um
- Du entwickelst standortspezifische HR-Richtlinien und Prozesse in Abstimmung mit unseren internationalen Standards weiter
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen und internationalen HR-Teams steuerst du Projekte und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem People Admin Team für eine korrekte Pflege der Personaldaten im HRIS-System
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der operativen Personalarbeit, idealerweise in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld wie Logistik, Lager oder Produktion mit moderner People-Kultur
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie in HR-Praktiken für gewerbliche und kaufmännische Mitarbeitende
- Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche, kommunikative und beratende Fähigkeiten sowie hohe Problemlösungs- und Konfliktkompetenz
- Teamorientierte, praxisnahe Arbeitsweise mit kreativer und empathischer Persönlichkeit, die kontinuierliche Verbesserungen vorantreibt
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Fähigkeit, mehrere Prioritäten gleichzeitig in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu managen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office oder G-Drive-Anwendungen; idealerweise Erfahrung mit HRIS-Systemen wie SAP oder Workday
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
