Proclinical is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role involves hands-on execution, working with large datasets, and translating complex financial information into actionable insights. You will play a key role in ensuring robust planning cycles, high-quality reporting, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end planning and analysis processes, including annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly close activities.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based planning tools for new cycles, ensuring consistency and ease of use across regions.
• Coordinate planning and reporting activities with regional finance teams, including data collection, validation, and alignment of assumptions.
• Support administrative and finance-related tasks for carveout projects.
• Continuously improve reporting and planning processes by enhancing existing reports, streamlining data flows, and adopting digital tools like Power BI.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in managing and transforming large datasets into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex modeling, Power Query, pivots, and automation.
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting, data modeling, and visualization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
• Structured approach to work and adaptability to new situations.
• Background in finance with relevant experience in pharmaceutical, CDMO, FMCG, consulting, or multinational organizations.
• Fluency in English.
