Senior FP&A Analyst (m/w/d)

Tasks :

• Support budgeting, forecasting, outlooks, and monthly close processes

• Build and maintain Excel-based planning models and templates

• Coordinate data collection and planning activities with regional teams

• Ensure data accuracy, validate inputs, and manage timelines

• Support carve-out and finance-related administrative projects

• Improve reporting processes and contribute to digital tool adoption (e.g., Power BI)

Qualification:

• 3–5 years of FP&A or related finance experience

• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets

• Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Power BI

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Structured, proactive, and strong communicator

• Experience in Pharma, FMCG, Consulting, or multinational environments

• Fluent in English
