We are looking for an Intern HR Specialized Modalities Platform (m/f/d) for a leading Pharma Company at the HQ in Basel.
Specialized Modalities Platform covers sites across all key global geographies and is a multi-modality platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support on a variety of talent, continuous improvement, people strategy initiatives within operational HR delivery, contribute ideas for greater efficiency and enhancement of employee experience on a local and global scale
• Provide administrative support to a highly visible 2026 programs aimed at designing the future talent structure of Lonza Specialized Modalities
• Review, revise and maintain of a vast suite of HR-related documentation
• Contribute in preparing and developing team, function and platform presentations
• Administration and maintenance of certain key data within our HRIS landscape – Workday
• Perform regular audits of key performance data along our Moments that Matter within the Workforce Lifecycle journey
• Provide ad-hoc general and administrative support as required

Key Requirements:

• Studies in Economics, Business Administration, HR, Social Science studies; Data Science exposure a key benefit
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using data warehouse, Workday preferred
• An affinity for new technology, broad learning and team contributions
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English, additional language preferred and any further language a plus
• Demonstrated International experience and / or exposure
