Your area of responsibility

- Responsible for customer order processing (entering orders, creating order confirmations and pro forma invoices)
- Monitoring supplier orders, including checking deadline and price confirmations
- Applying for specific licenses from Swissmedic
- Execute weekly vendor payments and monitor incoming payments including dunning process
- Managing the digital filing of quality certificates from customers and suppliers
- Master data, document and dossier maintenance in the ERP system
- Internal communication and coordination with sales, purchasing, logistics, quality management and management
- General administrative tasks as well as telephone and reception support
Your profile
- Basic commercial training with experience in order processing in international trade (import/export) and a good flair for figures
- Industry knowledge in the pharmaceutical sector an advantage
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of Spanish an advantage
- Confident handling of ERP systems
- Precise, independent and proactive way of working
- Enjoy international contacts and a pronounced service orientation - even in hectic times
- Team player who feels at home in a small but excellent team
